DriveRescue – Terms of Service

By using the DriveRescue mobile application (the “App”), website (the “Site”), and/or any services (the “Services”) provided by DriveRescue (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site, the App, or the Services.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new features, updates, or enhancements shall also be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Site, App, or Services following any such changes indicates your acceptance of those changes. You are advised to review the Terms periodically.

Access to the Site

All information provided through the DriveRescue platform is for general guidance. The Company does not take responsibility for how users interpret or act upon the information available. Any external links ("Third Party Sites") are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or Services without notice. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system failure, or other reasons. Users agree to indemnify the Company against any damages arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

Account Terms

• You must not impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account. DriveRescue is not liable for any user-submitted content but reserves the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these terms.

Release and Waiver

By using DriveRescue , you acknowledge the inherent risks in requesting roadside assistance. You release and discharge the Company, its affiliates, and service providers from all claims or liabilities arising out of the use of the Services.

You further agree that DriveRescue is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused during or after the provision of services by third-party contractors. It is your responsibility to assess whether you are fit to engage in any vehicle-related decisions following such services.

Vehicle Safety and User Responsibility

DriveRescue does not provide mechanical or diagnostic advice. All service recommendations are operational in nature and provided by third-party professionals. Users are responsible for making informed decisions based on the condition of their vehicle and must follow up with a certified mechanic if needed.

Modifications to the Service

DriveRescue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in part or in full) at any time. Changes in pricing, service availability, or features may occur with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant updates via the app or email.

Copyright and Trademark Information

All content including logos, service descriptions, icons, and media assets found on the Site or App are the property of DriveRescue or its licensors. No user may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Authorized usage is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Warranties

DriveRescue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices.

The Company is not liable for any actions taken by third-party service providers or for services rendered outside of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DriveRescue be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, App, or Services, even if the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of USA. Users accessing the Site or App from outside the jurisdiction are responsible for compliance with local laws.
